Terrace Waterproofing
Roof-shield systems that take South India's monsoon and summer in their stride.
Overview
No more worries about aggressive rainy weather and water logging on a weak roof. Our roof-shield technology protects your terrace from every kind of water damage.
A terrace takes the worst of the weather: months of direct sun, sudden downpours and standing water around blocked outlets. Over time the slab develops hairline cracks, and water finds its way into the ceilings and walls below.
We start by mapping slopes, outlets and existing cracks, then choose between elastomeric liquid membranes, polymer-modified cementitious coats and torch-applied membranes based on how the roof is used.

Questions, answered.
Can you waterproof without breaking the existing tiles?+
Often, yes. Where the tiles are sound we use a transparent or tile-compatible coating. If water is trapped under the tiles, we recommend removing them so the slab can be treated properly.
When is the best time to do terrace waterproofing?+
Before the monsoon. We need a dry slab to apply most systems, so March to September is ideal in Chennai.
Got a leak? Let's find the source.
Free site inspections across Chennai. Projects elsewhere in Tamil Nadu on request.
