Structural Repair
Polyurethane Grouting
Expanding PU resin that chases water through cracks and seals them for good.

Overview
Polyurethane grouting seals and repairs leaks where water intrusion is a concern. A polyurethane resin is injected into the affected area, where it creates a watertight barrier and adds structural stability.
Once injected, liquid PU resin reacts with water and expands into a flexible, closed-cell foam. It fills voids, cracks and porous areas, and keeps sealing as the structure moves and settles.
It resists water, chemicals and weathering, and it cures quickly, so active leaks are stopped in minutes. The work is far less disruptive than excavation or breaking out concrete.

How the job runs.
Step 1
Locate
Trace the leak path and plan drill positions.
Step 2
Drill
Angle-drill to intersect the crack below the surface.
Step 3
Inject
Pump PU resin under pressure until it foams at the surface.
Step 4
Clean up
Cut back foam, remove packers and patch.

Questions, answered.
Is polyurethane grouting permanent?+
PU foam is chemically stable and flexible, so it keeps sealing as the building moves. We still assess each structure to pick the right grout.
