Heat Reflective Coating
Reflects most of the sun's heat and drops indoor temperature by up to 12°C.
Overview
Heat reflective coating for industrial and residential buildings reflects up to 98% of solar heat from roofs, ceilings and walls, and can reduce the internal temperature of a building by up to 12°C.
Roofs absorb sunlight all day and radiate it into the rooms below. A high-albedo reflective coating sends that energy back to the sky, so the slab stays cooler and the rooms below need less cooling.
The coating also works as a waterproofing layer, so you get thermal comfort and leak protection from one application.

Questions, answered.
Does it work on metal sheet roofs?+
Yes. We use a metal-compatible primer, and the reflective coat cuts the radiant heat that makes sheet-roofed sheds so hot.
